Shipping Information

Our shipping goal is to quickly deliver your new pottery to your door as safely and economically as possible. As we've all seen shipping costs have gone up considerably in the past few years. Our pottery is heavy and we double box our shipments to avoid breakage, thus shipping can be expensive. We do everything we can to keep costs down and our shipping fees often don't cover our costs. 

All packages are sent UPS or Poste Italiane.

Expedited shipping is available upon request. Due to the nature of our boxing, it will be expensive, but we are willing to accommodate all of your needs. Call us for a quote at 0334 2744648.

All packages are double boxed, insured and covered against breakage. Although breakage is very rare, if you receive an item that has been damaged save the box and contact us immediately.

Shipping Costs

For purchases totaling up to €75, shipping is €15. For purchases over €75, shipping is 20% of purchase.

Alaska & Hawaii
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, will incur additional charges and cannot be calculated during checkout. Upon receiving your order you, will be contacted via email and given the actual shipping costs. Nothing will be charged until the order has actually shipped. Oversized Items
Select oversized items like large platters, large bowls, canister sets, mixing bowl sets, require an additional box and an additional + €15 shipping charge.

International Orders
Shipping charges on orders sent outside Italy vary based on weight, destination, and package value. Call us for a quote at 0334 2744648. Customers will be contacted via email once we receive the order and given the shipping costs. Returns

Not how you pictured it?
All pieces are handmade, and slight variations in size and color are to be expected. However, within 30 days of delivery, if you'd like to exchange a new, unused item, the customer is responsible for sending it back unbroken and a full refund for the merchandise price will be issued or applied to another purchase.

Seconds
All Seconds and Irregular Ikebana Gift Packs are Final Sale, and no returns or exchanges can be made. If you feel you've received an out-of-the-ordinary case, please contact us.

Receive the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item call 0334 2744648. A call tag will be issued to pick up the wrong item and the correct one will be sent as soon as possible.

Item damaged or broken?
We do our best to ensure your new pottery arrives safely, but if you have received a broken item, it is very important to save the package that it came in and the packing materials. Contact us by phone at 0334 2744648, or email us at carroccia@thesope.com and we will send you a replacement.
